Benjamin Mann
Mr. Mann, joined the Firm in the late 2000s and became its managing partner in 2015. Through his leadership, the Firm expanded from one state to the 13 states it currently practices in. Benjamin has concentrated his practice on mortgage law, including foreclosure, bankruptcy, litigation and evictions. Benjamin is active in industry organizations, including USFN, Default Exchange, and the MBA. While not practicing law, Benjamin is busy traveling and raising his 4 young boys.
