Most of his practice focuses on assisting my clients in managing their commercial and residential Default Litigation and Default related matters, including Foreclosure, Bankruptcy, Forfeiture, Evictions, Appeals, Code Violations, Lender Liability Litigation, Loss Mitigation, Mediations, Best Practices, and Risk Management. Dan focuses on consultation and risk analysis, reducing costs per account while minimizing risk and protecting the client's interests. Dan is an active member of the USFN, a premier group of America's Mortgage Banking Attorneys.
