Daniel I. Singer heads up Sokolof Remtulla's California office. Daniel has extensive experience representing lenders, servicers, financial institutions, and private equity firms in a broad range of commercial and residential mortgage-related matters. Daniel is an accomplished litigator in state and federal courts and has focused his practice on collection litigation, bankruptcy, loan workouts, eviction, and curative title matters. Daniel previously was deputy general counsel for a large institutional debt buyer. Dan's experience as an in-house corporate attorney brings a strong business perspective to complete legal issues confronting clients. Mr. Singer is admitted to practice in California and Nevada.
