Richard "Rick" Pepsny practices law in New Jersey and the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. After earning his undergraduate degree from Rutgers University in 1988, Rick began his career at a small mortgage banking firm in New Jersey. His passion for real estate and finance led him to pursue a law degree at California Western School of Law, where he graduated with honors in 1993. Rick leads the default practice within LaRocca Hornik, overseeing Pennsylvania and New Jersey operations.
